Severance Agreement Review - Protect Your RightsÂ
Have You Been Offered a Severance Agreement?
If you’ve recently been terminated and presented with a severance agreement, you may be wondering:
- Â Â Is the offer fair?
- Â Â Am I waiving important legal rights?
- Â Â Can I negotiate for more money or better terms?
- Â Â Should I sign it as is, or seek legal advice first?Â
Severance agreements often include complex legal terms that can significantly impact your future. Before signing, it’s crucial to have an experienced Florida employment lawyer review the agreement to ensure your rights are protected and determine whether you have leverage to negotiate a better severance package.

✔ Understand the fine print – We break down legal jargon and ensure you know what you’re agreeing to.
✔ Assess potential leverage – We evaluate whether you may have claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, or unpaid wages that could increase your severance payout.
✔ Negotiate for better terms – If you have legal leverage, we discuss strategies to secure higher compensation or remove unfavorable clauses.
