Karly A. Wannos is the Founder of The Wannos Law Firm, P.A. She is an employment law litigator, Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit mediator and arbitrator and a leader in the South Florida community. Karly places a priority on building personal and long-term client relationships. Her approach and track record have earned her a reputation as a trusted legal advisor.
As a litigation attorney, Karly has represented both employees and employers at the administrative and trial levels in all aspects of employment litigation, including lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation in violation of federal, state and local laws. She also regularly handles claims involving workers’ compensation retaliation, whistleblower, violation of the Family Medical Leave Act, minimum wage and overtime issues under Fair Labor Standards Act and wrongful termination matters.
