Karly A. Wannos is the Founder of The Wannos Law Firm, P.A. and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and Arbitrator with more than 20 years of experience handling employment law matters for both employers and employees. Drawing on decades of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Mrs. Wannos brings a balanced, practical, and informed perspective to the resolution of workplace disputes.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Wannos has represented clients in all aspects of employment litigation at both the administrative and trial levels. Her experience includes matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, workers’ compensation retaliation, wrongful termination, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She also advises clients regarding employment-related agreements and workplace documents, including Employment Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, and Severance Agreements.
